The Oracle Security Engineer will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our organization’s data and server services by managing and maintaining Linux servers and Oracle solutions across on-premises ERP systems, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and Oracle Fusion SaaS environments. This role requires a profound level of technical expertise to swiftly respond to security incidents, provide comprehensive support, and ensure continuous access to services.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage Security in Oracle cloud ERP, OTM (Oracle transport management), PEGA, Lease Accelerator and Oracle EBS applications.
- Analyse business processes and documenting user role requirements, create technical security role design documents.
EXPERIENCE
Hands-on experience with the Oracle Security products demonstrating expertise in at least one or several of the following areas:
- Proven experience in cybersecurity with a focus on Oracle and Linux systems.
- Experience in managing and configuring OCI services.
- Hands-on experience with migrating on-premises ERP systems to Oracle SaaS platform.

- Middleware, Integration, and Application Management:
o Manage and configure middleware components and ensure seamless integration with Oracle WebLogic Server.
o Manage applications, including deployment, troubleshooting, and migration of Oracle Forms and Reports applications.
- Security Enhancement and Compliance:
o Develop, implement, and manage security protocols and compliance across Linux and Oracle platforms.
o Regularly perform security audits, risk assessments, and penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities and ensure data protection.
